Terrible Food Choices and Selling of your personal

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Koningsdam

Cruising Campbell
10+ Cruises • Age 40s

The ship itself is quite beautiful. I am very thankful that we have an orange level and that insured a nicer dining experience. The food was at best mediocre and I am extremely disappointed after taking over 10 cruises in my lifetime that this was actually the worst experience that I’ve had on the ship. They can accommodate allergies, just you get to eat the same thing every day. I would ...

No handicap assistance on this ship!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Conquest

MyChattyChakra
2-5 Cruises • Age 50s

I have been on 4 or 5 carnival cruises and enjoyed those experiences. This was my first time on the conquest, and the first cruise that my daughter, her partner (who is in a wheelchair) and my grandson (who is deaf and has special needs) have ever been on. Other than the rooms, hallways, bathrooms and doorways being wide enough for a wheelchair, there is no handicap assistance, compassion or ...

The cruise from HELL

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

Sanza
2-5 Cruises • Age 30s

One of the worst experiences on a ship. This was my third cruise and my husband and kids first time. My first time cruising with children. My 2 daughters are age 3 and almost 1. We check into our cabin and there is one bed. We ask for a Pullman bed and they say due to my child’s age she can’t sleep on one. So we go to guest services and the first guy we encounter says he can separate the beds if ...

Terrible food & service. Upcharges for everything.

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

JCruiser60
10+ Cruises • Age 60s

We booked the highest level suite available when we signed up. Celebrity plays up the "Retreat" status as if it means something. Turns out that a suite and Retreat mean nothing. Everything is an upcharge, and the ship nickel and dimes you for everything at every turn. Nothing is included -- laundry, gratuities, special drinks, special restaurants, meaningful wifi, and everything else is ...

Costa Fortuna. Affordable but avoid it if you can.

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Costa Fortuna

Maham Sabbaghian
10+ Cruises • Age 60s

A. We boarded Costa Fortuna on Friday 7/5 at Athens. This worked best with our schedule. In the first 24 hours. I Spent over 3 hours in line (along with 700 Euros) to get our internet going. They only have one person with limited hours attending the Internet Point on level 3. So far internet has been choppy and unreliable. Although we have paid for all devices, they keep getting booted off. B. ...

Carnival has lost touch

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Elation

Vacation_Ready_19
2-5 Cruises • Age 40s

This was my fourth Carnival cruise and first on Elation. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. If you enjoy being around people that have low values, this is the cruise line for you! The food was overcooked, dried out garbage that I wouldn't feed my dogs. The service that Carnival was previously known for being excellent and the welcoming of the staff is gone. The majority of the staff ...

An extra sea day due to a hurricane is costly...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

Sweets 1
2-5 Cruises • Age 40s

The staff is amazing as are the shows and trivia... The bracelets, were also a welcomed treat. The Windjammer staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. All of the elevators need way better ventilation. The main dining is sub par, the air conditioning in the rooms isn't the best either.. What was really horrible, we had to stay an extra day at sea, due to weather issues and no fault of our own. ...

Warning Cabin 3396 Zaandam

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Zaandam

Ozcruizin
2-5 Cruises • Age 50s

Cabin 3396(and adjoining cabins) have a serious noise issue from the galley above. You WILL be kept awake ALL night by heavy trolleys being wheeled backwards and forwards over grating in the galley. Senior food and beverage staff will lie to your face and tell you they are not aware of any issues. It is like hell on earth! We were moved after 3 nights but not without a lot of complaining and we ...

Ok but could’ve been better

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Ruby Princess

Dr Al Bendova
2-5 Cruises • Age 50s

Cruise was ok . Cabins were nice and kept nice by the stewards . Food was not very good whether you dined in dining rm or buffet style areas. The best meal we had was pizza by the pool . Drink package worth it so you don’t get hit hard with a bill at the end . The employees were great , all very friendly and hospitable. Ports were kind of crappy , excursions very expensive and not worth the $$ . ...
