An Honest Review of Infinity 9 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise
"Celebrity has never done evening entertainment like Royal, but this was a nine day cruise and there was only one theater production show – Broken Strings. However, I can’t justify the amount of money one spends to sail in a suite for the overall experience of this cruise...."Read More

Never chose it if you travel as a family with kids

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Maria 2024
2-5 Cruises • Age 40s

Awful! Never take this cruise with kids cause you won't take most of the services. They don't allow our kid to be in any of thw swimming pools because they said is not higienic and they're not sure he would be able to hold the poo. Food is also bad and with a tight schedule, if you are going at the end of closing time they even take the food out of your hands. Warm milk for the kids is only ...

Great Experience with Celebrity in Greece

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

CWA
2-5 Cruises • Age 50s

This was our first time on a Celebrity Cruise. (We previously cruised on Disney and Royal Caribbean.) We are a family of three with a 16-year-old son. The boarding process was very easy. We had an early check-in time and we did not have to wait at the port at all. Public areas on this ship were lovely. It’s a perfect sized ship. You can find quiet spaces most times and it never felt too ...

Mandatory Fees add up.

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Bowlib20
6-10 Cruises • Age 60s

We've sailed several different cruise lines in the pass this was our first time with Celebrity. They have a mandatory fee of $18 per person per day charge. We sailed in a family room for 4 with our 2 young daughters so, our mandatory fee for our 7 night was $504. Just keep that in mind when booking it's really adds up to the total cost of your trip. Celebrity infinity is a smaller and ...

Excellent Ship

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

sal999
First Time Cruiser • Age 60s

The best vacation I ever had, soon as I stepped onboard I fell in love with the Celebrity Infinity, the service and staff were exceptional, entertainment in the theater was top notch, the ship was spotless and nicely decorated, the room I had was spacious with a big window. Room was cleaned twice a day. The food was delicious and the waitstaff were excellent. I cannot say one thing negative, it ...

Bad and mediocre

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Floridian Customer1
6-10 Cruises • Age 60s

This is our 8th cruise and the first after the Pandemic. So far, we had cruised with Norwegian Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Costa and Carnival, but never with Celebrity. The boarding process ran smoothly as I bought the Premium package, granting us access to priority boarding. We bought a window cabin. The cabin was bigger than the standard ones, however the room and the bathroom although were clean, ...

Dated Ship but Good Food

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

FamilyCruiserJW
6-10 Cruises • Age 40s

This was our first Celebrity cruise, and we were told it was a more upscale cruise line than others we have sailed, but we didn't find that to be the case. First, the ship is very dated, especially the cabins. There were numerous cosmetic issues with our cabin and everything looked tired. When I booked, it was my understanding the ship was undergoing refurbishment a few months before our ...

Loved the ports, ship not up to Celebrity standard

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

ouiswim
10+ Cruises • Age 70s

There were 4 of us on the cruise for a birthday and anniversary. We loved the itinerary but the onboard experience was not as good as we are used to. Greece and Turkey were amazing. We took a combination of private and ship excursions. The ship's were fine but the private excursions were all much better and about the same cost. We used Viator for most and one was shoreexcursions.com. They are both ...

3rd Celebrity cruise, but probably our last

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

6-10 Cruises • Age 60s

We have just come off our cruise today First the good, all the staff are very good from what we saw BUT We hadn't had a final bill today without asking for one. The app only went up to 4 days ago. I didn't want to pay $18 per person per day as I felt it too much. On the past 2 cruises with Celebrity we have tipped those people we felt deserved it, not just someone who passed me a ...

Classic Cruising with a Great Itinerary

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

kimjohansen
10+ Cruises • Age 70s

This was our first cruise on Celebrity. We are avid cruisers and have sailed on 20+ cruises on most of the major cruise lines. This was a family trip, myself (Dad) and three adult children. Our preference is medium size ships visiting bucket list locations. Ships with a lot of bells and whistles; ice skating rings, bumper cars, rock climbing or water slides are not a deciding factor in our ...

Infinity still great!

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Jembut02
First Time Cruiser • Age 60s

A 23 year old ship is never going to be impressive compared to a glitzy new one, but you know that before you board. What Infinity might lack in the the latest pizzazz it more than makes up for in style and friendliness and the recent dry-dock has left her nicely smartened up. Many carpets, furniture and beds have been replaced. (They even renewed many balcony chairs mid cruise). Being a ...
